Golf professionals were drowning in administrative tasks - video feedback delays, chaotic scheduling, zero business visibility, and underused premium features scattered across disconnected interfaces.

My Role

Complete UX architecture, design system, responsive portal interface, mobile workflows, and sales tablet tool enabling pros to focus on teaching instead of administration.

Research
Interviewed instructors across private clubs, public courses, and indoor studios to map complete workflows from video upload to lesson delivery. Identified critical bottlenecks: client videos stacking up without prioritization systems, unintuitive scheduling disconnected from lesson history, and missed revenue opportunities from poorly surfaced premium features.

2. Frame the Challenge

The core challenge wasn’t feature availability but workflow fragmentation. Pros needed a system that would serve all tech comfort levels while reducing administrative overhead, enabling them to spend more time coaching and less time managing clients.

3. Design & Deliver

Strategy & Ideation
Reorganized information architecture by task priority and frequency, creating role-based views for different user types. Designed flexible flows that connected previously isolated functions - video reviews, scheduling, analytics, and business growth tools.

Execution & Build
Created inbox-style video management with prioritization and batch tools, visual calendar editor with conflict detection, business metrics dashboard with KPIs, and contextual upsell moments built into daily workflows. Developed responsive interface ensuring continuity across devices from range to shop.
