Built a 0–1 AI-assisted document analysis platform that captures how experienced analysts think and makes that process repeatable at scale. Designed the system to reduce review time while preserving trust, privacy, and human oversight, shifting teams from manual review to structured decision-making.
Led the redesign of a global consumer authentication experience used by millions, transforming security from a point of friction into a moment of reassurance. Reframed system language and flow ownership to align user trust with fraud prevention, without changing underlying security requirements.
Served as cross-functional CX and program leader on a multi-year transformation spanning five consumer brands and global markets. Focused on customer-journey replatforming, planning discipline, and visibility systems that helped dozens of teams ship coherently.
Redesigned international credit card application journeys across six markets, integrating a new risk engine while ensuring local compliance. Built a scalable, modular UX system that improved conversion and delivery speed for 20+ card products.
I’m at my best on products where workflow, decision-making, and interface all matter at the same time. I work on cross-functional teams by building shared understanding of the outcome, making tradeoffs visible, and helping people align around decisions they can actually ship. I usually start with research, journey maps, story maps, and system models, then work forward into prototypes, UI, and product structure.
In my current role, I’m designing AI-enabled workflow improvements for enterprise fleet software, conducting onsite field research at fleet operations, and helping establish shared design foundations and reusable patterns for the product.
